Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Latter-day Saint Wedding Invitations by MCC website at ldsweddinginvitations.com and our wedding invitation design and printing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services

Latter-day Saint Wedding Invitations by MCC provides custom wedding invitation design, printing, and related stationery services. Our services include but are not limited to:

  • Custom wedding invitation design and layout
  • Printing on premium cardstock
  • Matching insert cards for reception, sealing, and event details
  • Envelope printing and supply
  • Digital proofs for review before printing

Orders and Proofs

All orders include a complimentary digital proof. You are responsible for reviewing the proof carefully for accuracy, including names, dates, times, locations, and spelling. Once you approve the proof, we are not responsible for errors that were present in the approved proof. We encourage you to have at least one additional person review your proof before approval.

Pricing and Payment

Prices for our services are provided upon request based on your specific needs and quantity. All prices are quoted in US dollars. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of your order. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time without prior notice, though any price change will not affect orders already confirmed.

Turnaround and Delivery

We strive to deliver proofs the same day your order details are received. After proof approval, printing is typically completed within one to two business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and chosen shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with the print quality of your invitations, please contact us within seven days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve any quality issues, which may include reprinting at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All designs, templates, and creative work produced by Latter-day Saint Wedding Invitations by MCC remain the intellectual property of Latter-day Saint Wedding Invitations by MCC unless otherwise agreed in writing. You receive a license to use your custom invitation design for its intended personal purpose. Designs may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.

Customer Content

You retain ownership of any photos, text, and personal content you provide for your invitations. By submitting content to us, you grant us permission to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. We may use completed invitation designs in our portfolio or marketing materials unless you request otherwise in writing.

Limitation of Liability

Latter-day Saint Wedding Invitations by MCC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order in question.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before proof approval at no charge. Once a proof has been approved and printing has begun, cancellation is subject to a fee based on the work completed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or modify an order.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
